This exhibition will encompass drawings from his most recent body of work, the “Firmin Graf Salawàr dej Striës” series. Gabel will produce a large-scale wall drawing based on the 1935 novel, “Salwàre oder Die Magdalena von Bozen” by Carl Zuckmayer. In addition to the new works, Kim Kim Gallery will also be exhibiting older works by Jeff Gabel, including his video, ‘Gladius Dei’, 2007.
